Return and Refund Policy for Shop Gifts

How long is your return period?

Non-customized orders on Preciouspackagesnyc.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are new, unworn, and unmodified condition with all original packaging intact for an exchange or return. Customized orders are non-refundable. For Non-Customized orders, the restocking fee may apply if original packaging and papers such as manuals are not returned. Any shipping fee paid are non-refundable. 

When will I get my exchange?

Exchanges are generally processed within 2 business days of receipt. 

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Contact us right away if you received a damaged or defective item. We can issue a replacement if damage/defect is reported within the return period. After the return period, depending on the defect, cannot exchange/replace.

What are the steps for a return and return processing?

1. Contact customer support for a return authorization number

2. Pack and send in your return. Be sure to have the return authorization number visible on the shipping box.

3. We receive the return.

4. We inspect the return.

5. Assuming item passes inspection we issue a replacement per your preference.

*Note: Customer is responsible for return postage for orders under $100 and orders shipping outside of the contiguous US regardless of dollar amount.
